Common questions our customers ask

What counts as a user?

A user is any distinct device that connected to your application during a given month, and we have collected data on your behalf for that user.

Can I collect an unlimited number of events, log messages, and commercial transactions?

Yes - our pricing is per-user, so you can collect as much data from your user base as needed at no additional charge.

What if I go over my quota?

As long as we have a valid billing credential for your app, we will automatically upgrade your app to the appropriate payment plan for that month.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will receive an invoice at the end of each month when you're on a paid plan. Your credit card will be charged the same day you receive your invoice.
